Gardner Smith Jr., the son of Gardner Smith passed away August 2002.

Washington Johnson, the son of Jean and Cornelius Johnson passed away July 2004.

Angela and Anthony Kemp exchanged vows May 2002 in Norfolk, VA. Angela is the daughter of Archie Johnson.

Bertha (Bert) and Mark Harris Sr. exchanged vows July 17, 2004 in Norfolk, VA. Bertha is the daughter of Jean and Cornelius Johnson.

Tanya and Deon Scott Sr. exchanged vows March 2005 in Houston TX. Tanya is the daughter of Gwendolyn and Washington Johnson (Deceased)

Doris and John (Jay) Henderson Jr.,just tied the knot on June 6, 2005 in Newark, NJ. Jay is the son of Maggie and John Henderson Sr.

GRADUATES

William Lamont Andrews Graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justices and received his Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. William is the son of William Andrews Jr.

Christina Hargraves received her Associate Degree in Fashion Marketing from the Art Institute of Charlotte. She will be returning in November to complete her bachelor's degree. Christinia is the daughter of Jaquelyn and Rudy Hargraves

Travis Johnson Graduated from Ouachita Baptist College, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration / Management. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc and he is the son of Washington and Gwendolyn Johnson.

Tanya Johnson Scott Graduated from Hampton University, Hampton Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc and the daughter of Washington and Gwendolyn Johnson

Natasha Sams received her Masters Degree, May 2005 from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. Natasha is the daughter of Archie Johnson.

Ashley Smith Graduated from Auburn University, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science/Finance, and received his Masters Degree in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, Georgia. He is a member of Omega Phi Fraternity Inc. and the son of Hereminia Smith-Jolley.

Christina Hargraves, The daughter of Jacquelyn and Rudy Hargraves was crowned MISS VIRGINIA TEEN ALL AMERICA. She is currently working in Charlotte, NC for Stein Mart as a Visual Merchandiser where she is responsible for five Stein Mart stores in that area.

The MISS VIRGINIA TEEN ALL AMERICA PAGEANT is over and Christina L. Hargraves was crowned MISS VIRGINIA TEEN ALL AMERICAN 2002 at the Holiday Inn Select in Fredericksburg, Virginia on Sunday, February 24^th. Christina competed with other entrants from all over the state as well as from Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C. for the Coveted Crown. As Virginia Teen All American 2002, Christina will receive an all expense paid trip to Miami, Florida. In August, she will compete with young women from all over the country for the prestigious title of MISS TEEN ALL AMERICA, representing the state of Virginia. She will be interviewed by representative from the TV & Film Broadway and Modeling Industries. The 24^th Annual Event will be presented at the Miami Airport Hilton and Towers on August 1^st to August 4^th 2002.
